Introduction

This courses begins by introducing you to hotel ownership classifications such as management contract enterprise and franchising. The course overs the organization of hotel departments, their functions and how they work together. You will take a look at the front office department and the duties of the front office manager, receptionist and concierge. You will also study the main duties of the front desk staff and the standard procedures that should be followed for the registration and check-out guests.
